I have 3 arlo pro cameras and one arlo pro 5.  When attempting to view the live cameras on my PC, I get a dark screen with 3 pulsing white dots.  This happens mostly on the Pro 3 cameras and a slightly lesser amount on the Pro 5.  The view is normal on all cameras on the Iphone App.  The problem is mainly when viewing the live cameras on my PC.

I have tried clearing the cashe on my browser (Chrome), rebooting the computer, as well as trying a different browser (Edge).  None of this has made a difference.  This just started happening about 3 months ago.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

This sounds like a connection issue between your base and the cameras. If you bring a camera closer to the base does that fix the issue? If so, consider moving the base away from the router as well as looking for a wireless device that also uses the 2.4GHz band (not just WiFi) that could be interfering with the signal.

I very appreciate your response.  However, it does not seem to be a connection issue between the base and the cameras for several reasons.  No 1, I have four cameras, all of which are located from 10 to 30 feet away from the base.   All of the cameras experience the same problem, regardless of their distance from the base.

The second reason is that the pulsing white dots appear while viewing the live cameras while using a personal computer to access them.  It rarely happens when viewing the live cameras from the app on my iphone.  I have tried several different computers with different browsers, with the same result.   It has something to do with viewing from a PC.

Are the computers using a VPN which could slow things down? WHat happens if you use a mobile browser set to use the desktop version of my.arlo.com on both cell service alone as well as WiFi?

Internet security software could also get in the way - so try disabling that, and see if it helps.

Also, I'd try disabling mobile data on the phone (keeping the wifi connection) as a test.  Then see if the problem shows up more often on the phone.
