Arlo Pro 3 Not connecting

Hey

Bought an extra Arlo Pro 3 camera to my system.

I have a Base station that i already use VMB5000v4. The camera synced Ok, but showed poor connection standing 5 feet from the base station. waited a few minutes and now the base station says its offline.

 

Please advise.

The hub is offline or the camera? Have you restarted the hub and reinserted the battery in the camera? Have you tried both the app as well as the web client (my.arlo.com)?
