There's no app for a computer. You use a web browser pointed to https://my.arlo.com to view. Note that there's a timeout associated with this if you don't do something such as view videos or otherwise move about in your account. I believe it's still a 30 minute timeout so you just occasionally need to do something.

There is a 30 minute timeout on livestreaming. Not sure what the logout timeout is for inactivity - you'd expect it to be a bit longer, but it's not something I've tested recently.
