Brand new camera, I have charged it up but cannot get it to flash blue in order to sync. I've tried a different battery, tried factory reset- light flashes orange but still no blue flash.
Help!

When you attempted the reset did you hold the button for >15 seconds until the LED flashes amber? WHen installing a battery do you get a blue LED flash indicating it now has power?

When installing the battery I get a couple of slow blue flashes but nothing else

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and then go through the set up again. Mine is doing the same thing and I’ve done that and reset it a number of times. It keeps dropping the Wi-Fi and then I have to go through the whole set up again. I’m beginning to think it’s a piece of junk
