I already have a hard wired regular flood light and want to replace it with the Arlo Floodlight (got excited with the Homekit announcement). Is there any way I can hook up the Arlo floodlight with the existing hard wire? Any kits/adapter avaliable?

No. You can perhaps change the current floodlight power connection to be an outdoor outlet so the outdoor power adapter for the camera could be plugged in.
