Floodlight won’t turn on

The floodlight won’t come on. I get recordings but no light. I have manually tried to turn it on and it won’t come on. I have restarted, took the battery out, and waited for 5 minutes. Still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do your rules for the camera include turning on the light? Check the Night Vision setting to adjust Ambient Light Sensitivity in case there's enough ambient light that would prevent the light from turning on.
