Floodlight offline and fail to reconnect

Hi, i have the floodlight connected to base station.

In these 2 days, it keep offline, i have tried remove device and do the connect/ sync again and again. It connected once and couple mins later, appear to be offline. Its so frustrating.

I have thee doorbell, pro 2 and pro 3 works fine. So it couldnt be the wifi issue

Have you tried bringing the floodlight closer to your hub/base to see if that improves the issue?
