Floodlight keep disconnecting

my floodlight connects with VMB5000

and It's usually lose signal anytime of the night

my setting: smart notification "Human only"

and if a cat or a dog or animal goes by it will activate the light

I can see 80% of the lose signal are after a footage then It got disconnected and it drains battery until the next day, I have to recharge it

I through it might too far from the base, I put closer but same issue

my Ultra 2, working  fine. even I put it very far

I think the footlight have some bug with LED controllers

Yes.  The camera has to capture the video, and then send it to the cloud to be classified.  So the light will go on whenever the camera triggers at night, and the video will be streamed to the cloud for analysis.

Do you see any issues (buffering, etc) when livestreaming the floodlight?

the footages are very good

nothing to concern

after it got disconnected I see there is a small red LED light in the front and no other LED up

but battery is being drained inside

sometimes recover by itself, but very are

Arlo have to rebuild this device, floodlight pro 4 maybe
