Floodlight camera light doesn't come on and does not record - Frequently

Issue:
Almost weekly one or both of the following happens:

 

  1. Light does not come on when motion detected
  2. Video does not record when motion detected

I either get one or both of the issues.

 

Resetting  and restarting it works for a few days until it reverts to the light not coming on, then usually stops recording intermittently.

 

I do have an active subscription and other arlo cameras which work fine.

 

Any ideas on how to get hold of support?

 

It is marketed as a Floodlight Security Camera of which it does neither for me with which I could rely upon..

 

I have tried to contact Arlo support multiple times but my tickets get closed. I have tried to call the help line but get cut off everytime. Live chat also ends automatically after a long wait.

I have had the floodlight for almost 2 years.

@ososos11 If you select my name, you should be able to see a "send this user a private message" on the right hand side midway through the screen.
