Connecting Arlo Secure plan with Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight Camera

How do I add a Pro 3 Floodlight camera to Arlo secure?  I followed the directions (the camera is already installed) and went to devices.  There's no option to add Arlo Secure.  Please HELP!!!

If the camera still has a trial subscription, then wait for that to expire.

Did you go into the subscription area and purchase the subscription???

The trail period expired some time ago.  We attempted to subscribe some time ago but were unsuccessful.  We were able to subscribe our Pro 3 Floodlight with Arlo secure after removing the device after subscribing then re-adding the device.
