Camera keeps saying to charge battery

I have a Pro 3 Floodlight for about 3 years. After installing a new charge battery is still telling me to charge the battery. Thoughts?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
