Arlo pro floodlight doesn't illuminate when offline

Flood light does not come on when offline even when motion is detected.

That would indicate that the camera is truly off-line, perhaps due to a dead battery. You can reinsert the battery to see if that wakes the camera up but if the battery is dead, all you can do is charge it.

Do you have a subscription for the camera? Is this the Pro (which has a spotlight)? 

Or is this the floodlight camera?
