prolong time being on hold

I have loved having Arlo these past few years- but their plan changed and they are not as reliable and customer friendly as before. You cannot get any help without paying- and then after paying- you cannot speak to a live person. I have been on hold an hour and a half- waiting for an agent. This is absolutely horrible service- and i am terribly disappointed  in this product. I am just sorry I put the money out in the first place- and should have gone with RING. How long am I suppose to wait to get help from an agent? I have been waiting one hour with one person ahead of me
