Was it working before?

If so did you change your router our ISP?

Are lights green?

Did you try this method of resetting?

I have basically even tried a different Arlo pro base station and it still didn’t work.

My Question is, the older base stations, are they out dated and will not ever work again???

None of the base stations are on the end-of-life list, and the VMB4000 in particular should still work.

You could try creating a test arlo account, and then see if the base station(s) can be added to it.
