I lost my dashboard with all my cameras and door bells. when I tried to reset and reinstall everything back the app tell me that my base station is not discoverable. does any one have any suggestions

What is the base station LED behavior? Have you successfully factory reset it follow the instructions here: https://kb.arlo.com/1057976/How-can-I-reset-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-base-station-to-the-default-values
