Unable to Login to My Arlo with Granted access account

Hi Support, 

 

I am unable to login to My Arlo to view the cameras granted access by my partner. Note I have tried clearing my cache, different browsers (FireFox) and I have reset my password 3 times. 

 

My partner is able to access his account and view his cameras, but my account keeps spinning on the login screen. Is there anyone who can assist?

Are you still experiencing this issue with logging in to your granted access account? 

 

Do you have the latest version of the Arlo Mobile app 3.2 installed?
