Trouble downloading video from arlo app

I have video that has been recorded from my arlo2 cameras and I would like to download this video from the arlo app to my iPhone but I get an error “ the operation couldn’t be completed ( cocoa -1)”

Has anyone experienced this error and how was it resolved ?

Try power cycling the base and log out and back in with the app. If no go, try a computer browser.

When downloading library content on an iOS device, the Arlo app needs permission to the Photo album. Check your iOS settings and be sure the Arlo app has this permission enabled.

I am using iOS and for the arlo app I have read and write enabled for the photos.
