Model 2 Pro camera. My camera is showing an upside down image.

My ARLO  2Pro camera is showing an upside down image even though it is correctly positioned and the setting does  NOT indicate a 180 degree rotate.  I use an iMac desktop (OS 13.6.4) and an iPhone SE (ios 17.2.1)

If you apply the 180 degree rotation anyway, does the image flip?

Have you tried removing/reinserting the battery?

StephenB,   I removed and then reinstalled the battery and then re-synced the cam.  That seems to have worked.  Thanks for the help.  Meldrim
