Just purchased 2 new Pro 2 cameras

I just purchased 2 new Arlo Pro2 cameras and should get 90 days of support from a human being. You will not even allow me to join these two new cameras to my Arlo network. What the hell is going on? Will report this to a Consumer Protection Bureau if you do not respond to me this time.

FYI, this is a user-to-user forum, and not a customer support site.  I don't work for Arlo.

 

I am a bit surprised that you were able to buy new Pro 2 cameras, since Arlo stopped making them in December 2018.

 

Can you confirm the model?  Open the housing, and remove the battery - there will be a label inside.

 

Also, how did you try to sync the camera to the base station? 

  • Using the app? 
  • A PC browser?
  • pressing sync on the camera and the base?
