We have two Arlo Pro2 systems. One is a VMB3500 and one is a VMB4000
One system is in my name with my email address and password and the other is in my wife's name with a different email address and password. One system is connected (working) to our mesh router, but the second system will not connect to my router. It searches but cannot find it. Is the base/hub defective, and if so how can I check it.

The hub connects via ethernet, not your wifi. But the middle LED should be green if the ethernet is working correctly.
