Can't get working

Hey so I can't get working I've got one camera working but not the other. I charged It as it was a demo one. Tried again and blue light came on but that's it

What exactly are you doing and what LEDs are flashing and what color are they and where are they?

Hey so I'm trying to Sync the camera the green light blinks on my base but the blue light doesn't come on at all on the camera after holding the button down.

Only briefly depress the sync buttons. The LED on the base should flash green. The LED on the front of the camera should flash blue and slow at first but then fast when it's sync'ing.

I've already tried that including charging the batteries on both

Which part did you try? When you charge the batteries in the camera, do you get an LED on the front of the camera? If so, what color and is it solid or flashing?
