Cameras stop recording after 25 30 seconds and there is still motion

My cameras will stop recording after 25 - 30 seconds even though there is still activity going on with in the recording zone

If using the "record until motion stops" setting, remember that the CAMERA has to detect the motion, not your eye. If the motion slows down sufficiently or moves out of the range of the PIR capability, recording will stop. You should test this by moving acrross the FOV, slowly changing the distance to see where the detection fails.

 

ALso, make sure your modes and rules have an appropriate setting for motion detection.
