So all lights are Green?
What do the LEDs on my Arlo or Arlo Pro base station mean?
So where is it saying that it is offline ? Is it just the camreas that are offline or the base station it self ?
If it's the camreas maybe they have poor signal strength.
make sure the base station is set up in a high location where there are less obstructions for the WiFi signal.
If it is the base station maybe your modem or router is the issue.
Check the modem dBmV levels and moniter your modem connection.
How do I view the downstream and upstream power levels of my cable modem or modem router?
Moniter your router and see if that is dropping the connection.

The green LEDs but offline has proven elusive to understand. Try rebooting both your router and base, in that order. Log out of the app and back in. Try a browser. Does anything help?
