Unable to disable the option of animated preview. Box is not green which i interpret as the option is turned off except i still get two images when a motion is detected. this is annoying and wastes battery  usage. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks, Dave

Please reach out to the Support Team to further investigate this issue you are experiencing. You can find several options for contacting support though the Arlo Mobile App by navigating to Settings/System/Support.
