My ArloPro2 stopped auto-recording and storing videos in the library.

If I manually record a clip, it gets saved to the library. 

 

I should have a free 7day recording service.

The legacy free 7days cloud storage is still available as you have already confirmed with a manual recording.

 

Missing triggered recordings might be a result of incorrect mode selection or the camera needing a battery reset.
