Arlo Pro 2 night vision is not clear at all!

I purchased two Arlo Pro 2 with base station and the night vision is not clear at all! It does not matter if a light is on or not, the picture is washed out and there are zero clear details. Also, one camera continually goes offline if I havent used it in more than a day. In addition, the speaker is sketchy at best. I am not happy with this purchase at all!

some of issues you're describing could be due to the positioning of the camera. For best performance, follow the positioning tips listed in this article: How do I position my Arlo Pro 2 camera?
