Arlo Pro 2 continuous monitoring on Echo Show

1.) Is it possible to continuously monitor an Arlo camera on the Amazon Echo Show? 

2.) Is it possible to continuously monitor an Arlo camera on ANY device?

Define continuous monitoring. Live view or just have the  interface open, ready to go? Both will timeout by design to save battery life.

Edit: Misspoke - Live view times out at 30 minutes to save battery, the interface just times out after inactivity (security issue) but has nothing to do with the battery.
