Any way possible to find footage via iCloud? I need footage from May 15-24.

Please help? I have realised my videos only record up to 7 days without a subscription. Is there any way possible to find footage via iCloud? I need footage from May 15 and today is May 24..

Prob not going to happen....

& days is the norm for Legacy cams... But you can buy a subscription for loner storage.

 

Or you can d/l what you think may be needed AND/OR  the Pro2/4000 base you listed does support the USB backup...

Did you turn it on ??   If so the files will be there if they were a triggered/motion event.
