Waterproof Arlo camera 12vdc power supply port

Although I do appreciate the wireless feature.
What I don't appreciate is having to adjust the camera position in order to re-create each of my two cameras positions.
One camera is in a tree, and the other camera is just off a balcony.
If some Arlo cameras were manufactured having a water-proof 12 vdc power supply port, users would at least have the option to "plug-in-" eliminating the battery change, but more importantly, the redundant camera adjustments.
