I'm unable to see all 6 cameras I have in the Active Camera section of the Smart Notifications.

It's not listed in the inactive section and I cannot work out how to add it.

I get notifications for activity but it no recordings are added to the library for this camera.

I have factory reset the camera, reinstalled, I'm tried on the mobile app, the desktop, just can't work out why one camera (which is the same as the others), a Go2 is just not there.

Is the missing camera in a subscription plan?  Sounds like it's not.

I’m still inside my free trial.

If you livestream the camera, can you make a manual recording?

Not for that camera. The others, yes.

Which suggests it is not actually in the subscription plan.

When you look in the subscription area, and click on "manage cameras", do you see it under the subscription?  Or do you see it in under "no plan"?

I see "Secure Trial Active" and there's 5 cameras listed.

Under "Arlo Secure" I have "Alro Secure Single Camera Trial (5)" and 0 of 6 camera(s) participating

"CVR Plan" - no plan.

This seems to be the problem.  One camera (likely the Go 2) isn't in the plan.

You could try contacting support - use the support area of the app, and select one of the cameras that is in the subscription plan.  That will give you a phone option.  Phone support is available 6 am to 6 pm US pacific time.
