Used Base station replacement

My original base station was not working so I bought a used one which I got to work but there’s no way to change the recording time from 10 seconds. I was able to make it longer with the previous base station, and I don’t think I can get a update anymore?

Have you looked at the camera rules in the mode(s) you are using?

 

if so, are you saying that the control for recording time

  • isn't there
  • is grayed out
  • has no effect
  • something else?
