Problems with the "secure account" part of resating camera

Hi,

I'm resating a cameras that I got (don't no the model but I'm guessing it's the basics)

And on the part that I need to "secure my account" via phone number or a trusted device, the saying that there's an error, with both of the options it's says the same thing...

Someone knows what can I do?
