  • Twice over the last few days I have received emails purporting to be from Arlo Support and advising me that a new device has accessed my Arlo account and suggesting that I change my login details using a link in the email. I find this suspicious and I will not comply. Anyone else had a similar experience?

I received one about a week ago.   If I recall correctly, this was after I accessed the account with my browser.

The links in the email I received are safe:

But my general advice is that when you get unsolicited emails on an account, that you should access your account directly, and not use links in the emails.
