After charging my camera, it will no longer connect. It flashes the blue light several times before showing amber. I tried the online advice and removed and reconnected. It will not acknowledge the QR code. the blue light will blink until the battery goes dead. This camera is just under a year old.

It can be a bit fussy - making you shift the QR code around in the field of view.

 

Have you tried using a PC (my.arlo.com) instead of the phone?  Also, make sure you select the essential spotlight (and not the essential).

Still under warranty, so I suggest contacting support quickly if you can't get it connected.

I am having the same issue...flashes quicky, slowly, solid, quick amber repeat and no connection.  I have tried to reset the camera by holding sync until amber light (nothing, never get the light).  Never connects...
