Just granted access to my wife. Email was sent and received OK. A new account was created OK, But I cannot see where she should accept the "granted access". It just looks like an empty account with no devices. Status is still "Pending" on my end. New account was created on a Mac using Safari

Maybe it just takes a little while to "get through". Anyway I logged off and logged on again using Safari and now she can see the devices. Then logged off and logged on again on her iPhone and now the devices showed up in the app as well.
