New cameras already have a (trial) subscription which is the same as a paid one. There's no difference in operation.
WHat issues are you having? All details as to what you've tried and what you see are needed. You can also use the app to go to Settings, Support and select your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support may offer.
