My camera wont charge. I know its not the plug because the same plug is working with the other cameras. does anyone have a tip to charge the camera? Arlo's customer support is terrible.

Have you attempted to charge the camera several times....

Plug in and wait 5 mins, unplug and re-do, do this several times. ( if battery is to low it may not start a proper charge cycle )
