Arlo essential spotlight camera wont hold a charge

My camera shows a blue light when plugged in to charge but after unplugging the light goes off after about 15 seconds.  This camera is also offline so I'm unable to check the status.

The camera blue LED only shows solid blue when connected to power and the battery is fully charged. 

 

I'd suggest removing the camera from your account, reset it and connect it back again as shown in the following FAQ:
