Arlo essential - can not move cameras to the plan

On the manage cameras screen I cannot 'Drag a camera here to include it in your plan'.

The cameras show in the no plan section but can not be dragged anywhere.

Any ideas? 

 

All 3 cameras are Essential spotlight cameras

Do you have trial subscriptions for the cameras? If so, you have to wait for those to expire. Otherwise, it may be best to unsubscribe from your legacy plan and subscribe to an appropriate current plan which supports unlimited cameras so any camera that's on a trial sub automatically gets included in the paid plan when the trial expires.
