Our essential floodlight camera stopped working a few days ago. I took it down, tried to charge it and resync, but doesn't work. It makes a clicking sound and then the blue, orange, and red lights flash, and has repeated that since this morning.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

STart by charging the camera fully. You may want to remove it from your account, reset it using the following procedure and add it back into your account. If all fails, use Settings, Support (Center) to choose your camera model and scroll down to the Contact section to talk to official support. This requires a subscription.
