Arlo Essential Spotlight not resyncing or resetting

Hello,

 

Recently my Arlo Essential Spotlight removed itself from my account, I can no longer see the device on my account and I am not able to factory reset it or resync it. It is fully charged.

 

Lights:

Plugged in to charged: Will slow blink blue for about 2 minutes before fast blinking amber for 2 - 3 seconds then going to a solid blue. Pressing the sync button does not work whilst it's plugged in.

 

Unplugged: I will hold down the sync button and it will blink blue once then stop blinking. Holding down the sync button for longer than 2 - 3 seconds (around 15 - 30 seconds) to attempt to factory reset it does nothing. It will blink blue once then nothing after that.

 

Anyone got any suggestions?

Please contact support. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the issue.
