Arlo Essential Problème audio Full Duplex, Haut Parleur

Bonjour,

Je viens d'acheter une camera arlo essentiel équipée donc d'un spotlight et d'un haut-parleur.
J'ai bien correctement suivi les instructions pour l'installation, mais quand je tente de rentrer en mode audio full duplex aucun le son qui sort du haut parleur de la caméra est vraiment tres lointain (très faible) bien qu'il ait été mis au maximun dans le paramètre....

Avez-vous deja eu le cas?
Pourriez vous m'apporter la solution?

The camera's speaker output is not very loud but should be understandable for someone near the camera - you shouldn't need to put your ear right next to the speaker. At what distance are you testing this? I'd say within ~6 feet/2 meters it should be understandable.

More than 50 cm, nothing is understandable.....

Is your phone's microphone set to full volume? In the past, some have found that using a Bluetooth headset allowed full volume - I'm not sure if that's still an issue.
