Base station wont sync to arlo phone app.

Ok the link you sent helped it was not connected to the internet got it connected and it is now synced with the app. Just need to sync the cameras. 

 

I had them long before i got the base so they will have to come down to be synchronized. 

 

Is there a easier way to sync the cameras?

What base is it? Is it powered up and connected to the internet? 

Have you added the base using your Arlo app connected to the same network as the base?

VMB4000  and i have connected it directly to the router but it sync to the phone app

But it will not sync to the arlo phone app

You did not answer the question about if you have actually onboarded the base to your app.

I am seeing green blank space and orange

OK well done.

You will need to have hands on the cameras in order to sync them to the base.
