My Android phone has version 4.7_285665 released 8/3/23. I am told that that is version 4.70 and that version 4.71 was released 8/15/23. The Google Play Store says that all my applications are updated. Is that happening to you too?

It did update eventually.

My Android phone is at 4.7.1 updated on 8/15. I'd remove the app and install fresh.
