Mounting bracket is damaged. Can it be replaced

For warranty inquiries, log in to your Arlo Secure app and navigate to Settings > Support. From there, you can open a ticket with the support team to request a replacement under warranty.

I have not been able to get to the point in which I can get the paperwork to fill out to return the part under warranty....but am still trying.
