It will not show networks or highlight "continue" icon. My phone will say battery is at 99% but then stops at that point and I can't get any further with Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is set to 2.4 and phone says connected and strong signal, no VPN and no mobile.

racecarguy,
What is the LED behavior on the camera when trying to connect? Do you have any other mobile devices you can try to use during onboarding to see if you experience the same behavior?

Flashes blue, my phone tells me the battery percentage of the camera and then goes to "Connect to network" but will not highlight the blue "continue" button, it's just done.
Do I need a subscription plan first?
All my other devices connect to Wi-Fi just fine.
