Camera - I keep adjusting my recording length on my camera and it won't save

I keep adjusting my recording length on my camera and it won't save. It defaults back to 10 seconds and low motion. I want it higher than that. How do I do that and save it

Where are you changing the settings?

 

Have you tried the default mode settings for the camera?
