Cannot Access Account - Interior Cameras

I recently came on board to a business, and they no longer have access to the pre-existing email associated with the account. I need to remove all previous access, logins, and start fresh. There is no way to access the email associated with the account.

Do you have access to the invoicing from purchase by chance?

You can send @ShayneS the information privately, using the private message (PM) feature of the forum.  Click on the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.

 

Best to attach the invoice as a pdf.

@ShayneS I just sent a private message but then received a response saying "You have reached the limit of number of private messages you can send." I've only sent one so hopefully you received the info. All I have access to is the device info.
