Do I need to subscribe to a plan to grant access to others in my house

I have not been able to grant access to Arlo.  I followed the instructions and she received an email invite which she accepted but it still doesn't work.

While a subscription plan is not needed to share cameras. Both users must be using the same version of the Arlo user interface. This can be a little confusing as you may both have the same version of the mobile app but you might see different options within the app (one app may show "Library" while the other shows "Feeds").

If you login and your app looks different than hers, you will need to migrate your UI to the latest version. I will reach out to you in a private message with more information.
