Hi

Ive got 5 Pro3 cameras and a doorbell, spread across 2 hubs.  One hub and its cameras have integrated well into Apple HomeKit.  The other hub and cameras were working with HomeKit, but have stopped for no obvious reason.  Both hubs are online.  When I click the HomeKit button to try to connect it, nothing happens - it just says 'discovering your device please wait' for ever.  Ive tried restarting.  All the software is up to date.  Any suggestionsgratefull received 🙂

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Sounds like you need a token reset for your hub.

 

I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - so they can take care of that for you.  One of them will reply here (maybe not until early next week).
